About The Critic

After reading some of my postings you'll notice I keep this blog anonymous. I know I know, it's real easy to hide the critique's of others by being anonymous, but it's the only way to keep my writing and my views unbiased and keep waiters from spiting in my food.

As many who know me can attest, I'm extremely picky. Hopefully this blog will help me branch out beyond my gastro-repertoire (I just came up with that). As far as my background goes, I've lived all over the Midwest and parts of the South and I feel my culinary palette reflects this. I'm college educated and am between 25 and 45 years old (is that vague enough?).
